Personally I have never seen anything quite like this before, it measures roughly half the size of A4, 1cm thick and weights 1.6kg!!
I can't seem to find anything out about it, so hope that a translation may help.
Also if anyone can hazard a guess as to its age I would be very greatfull

some sort of memorial plaque featuring Northern Qi-style apsaras, but dating to 1984 and made in Taiwan.

Characters on top, from right to left are:
中華民國七十三年文藝季紀念

which can be translated as:
The Republic of China Year 73 (1984) Literature & Arts Season (Festival) Memento

Cannot read the bottom line, picture simply not good.

The festival was held in Taiwan.
