Subject:Help ID Mark / Signature on Crackle Glaze Vase

Hello, thank you ahead of time to the forum members. I purchased a nice crackle glaze vase from an antique store with the mark as per the attached photo. The proprietor was not aware of its origin so (once again) asking the forum to help. The second photo provides the general bamboo pattern (green stem w/ blue leaves) painted on one side of the off-white vase.
