Searching for name of painter when this was painted. Purchased from Yamanaka & Co 5th Ave.

Yamanaka? Seriously?

Despite the sticker, this looks second half 20th century at the earliest, possibly Korean. can't offer more than a guess at the inscription though. the seal includes the character 雲 for "cloud" I believe, but that's only a partial reading.
