Subject:What is it please?

This appears to be granitelike material is heavy and around 16" long. Apart from that I haven't any clue as to either its origins or purpose. Would anhone here possibly be able to help me out please?

It looks like a fake Ruyi Sceptre or back scratcher.

I returned one to an auction house.

My friend, you got a Yui or Rui scepter, IT WAS MADE FOR TOURISTS. sorry. It looks like a soft stone, easy to mass-produce
