Subject:Who is the Artist and what does it say please?

This is a large quality watercolour (it would also be good to know the age, if possible).

There is a number on the back of the painting CML006.

Any help will be appreciated.

Does it actually give this date in the text, or do you know the artwork/artist and think it is around that date?

it's dated toward the end of the inscription. this is decorative art, for hotel walls or the tourist market. i think it may be quite difficult to find additional information about the artist
