Posted By: rat Fri, Sep 09, 2016 Might be 潘晓珍 Pan Xiaozhen, title is "buying chicks". this is a genre called "peasant painting", scenes of village life painted by local people that became popular items in the 1980s. You should be able to find other pictures of this type if not by this artist.
