Subject:Chinese bronze handle inlaid with gold and silver.

Hi everyone. I found this at a german flea market, screwed onto a piece of old marble. Note on the back said China 18th century. Its inlaid with gold and silver and has a very nice patina, showing a malachite green in sunlight. It appears to have been sawn off from the vase or censer it was previously attached to. So tourist nick nack or real? I enclose a link to something similar sold at Sothebys. Thanks in advance for any info. J

This doesn´t look like a n 18th century Chinese inlaid bronze.

It looks rather like a Song dynasty archistic vessel part. It is thus rather more precious as you thought.
