Could I please, have some help with the artist name?

Measures approx. 36" x 24".

The detail on this painting is really refined, unlike most brush paintings I come across from the 1970-80's, however I see a few similar style paintings in one of my books - artist such as Chen Zhifo, Yu Zhi Zhen, Zhong Zhifu, Yu Jigao, Tian Yong.

My book does not provide any details on this style of painting. Is this a particular school that paints in a neo-tradition, yet highly realist/natural style?

yeah this one is quite unusual. Surname is clearly Liao, but I am stumped on the first character of the given name. Second character of given name is "xian". October 1978.
