Overall it looks like a nice 19th c. Chinese underglazed blue bowl, but when I look at your photo of the bottom and the Guangxu mark I have some issues with its authenticity.
Your bowl shows a lot of stains on the base...it just doesn't seem to me that a mark & period bowl would show such significant stains after just 120 years unless it was really mistreated. However, the rest of the bowl looks new, so I suspect this is a fake.
Also, the brush strokes to the mark seem very broad....genuine examples that I've seen have sharp lines to the marks.
Just my opinion.
