Subject:Help identify artist on silk painting

Posted By: rat Sun, Nov 27, 2016 date seems to be 1966, summer, by a Wu Zhicheng, likely from Taiwan or some other location outside China proper. If the former the name may be romanized as Wu Chih-ch'eng, I believe. I don't see anything about this person online though. It's a fairly polished decorative picture, but not a lost masterpiece.
