Signature,
法橋索壽筆 - Hōkyō Sakuju-hitsu - Painted by Hōkyō Sakuju (Hōkyō "Bridge of Law" Buddhist "Dharma" name - from Edo period often used by painters too -
Sakuju "Searcher of long life" - an art-name)
Upper seal,
法橋索壽 - Hōkyō Sakuju
Lower seal,
篠原有典 - Shinohara Arinori

Unfortunately, I could not find artist with this name neither in my ID dictionaries nor on the net.

With regards,
I.Nagy
