It's probably a real Chinese bowl with decoration that looks to me to have Asian pheasants vice peacocks amidst the peonies, at least in the visible panel.

If by "authenticity" you're asking if it is antique, the answer is "Not yet." This is a type of transfer-decorated ware that has been made in Hong Kong and Macao since the 3rd quarter of the 20th century. Nowadays, other places inside and beyond China's borders are among the ranks of these former colonial producers.
