Sorry, but my connotation was wrong, the Matsuura Shōdō line can be ruled out completely.
The signature here reads,
松洞亀城 七十七翁 - Shōdō Kijō The Old Man of 77
(Matsuura Shōdō committed suicide at the age of 25)
Lower (New) seal,
原清 - Gensei/Genshō or Hara Kiyoshi (Unidentifiable)

The colophon part of inscription read (3rd Pic.)
憂慮七十五翁 一日筆記三題
A concerning 75 years old man who makes three inscriptions in a day
Seal,
睦翁 - Mutsuo or Boku'o (Undefinable)

I think the paintings and inscriptions could be assigned to masters of tea ceremony or haiku poets.
