If the picture is Japanese - what it looks like,
Signature,
風來山人之畫 - Picture of Furaisanjin
Seal,
風來山人 - Furaisanjin

Inscription on the back of scroll,
風來山人画 - Picture of Furaisanjin

Furaisanjin (Hermit brought by the wind) is one of the pseudonyms of the famous Edo period polyhistor Hiraga Gennai 平賀源内 1728-1780. Although, I can't find same reference signature and seal. Is his painting really 250 years old ? Do you know something about Its provenance ?

In Chinese this pseudonym reads,
Fenglaishanren
Unknown pseudonym in Chinese art literature.
However, the Korean provenance either cannot be ruled out.

With regards,
I.Nagy
