The apocryphal six character base mark reads,
Made During the Tongzhi Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty (1861-1875)

However, your vase is from the 21st century.
Besides of the flowers, dragons, cock and rabbit
there are four ligatured ( characters arrranged in special formations) idioms related to New Year.
Pic.1,
Left of the cock,
Ten thousand golden tael
Right of the cock,
Growing wealth day by day
Pic.2,
Left of the rabbit,
Ten peck of gold every day
Right of the rabbit,
Ushering in wealth and prosperity

With regards,
I.Nagy
