| Chinese or Japanese Bronze Bowl - help with mark |

Message Hello...does anyone know what this mark says? I believe the bowl is bronze. It is very heavy with pretty thick walls. The bowl is about 16" in diameter and about 4-5" tall It's been outside for a while and was used a planter so it looks a little rough. Any recommendations for cleaning it up?
