Carved Stone Sage - Chinese or Japanese? |
Posted By: rat Posted Date: Dec 29, 2016 (01:42 PM) |
Message interesting contemporary? Chinese seal, the legend is not too hard to read, but I'm not sure of a good translation 天下風行, where 天下 means "everything (all under heaven), and 風行 means "popular, fashionable" The characters on the side of the seal are harder to read but seem to be the artist's name in the left column and hometown in the right. Mikeoz may have some good insights on this one Post a Response |
