Fantasy piece, not a replica. As I. Nagy posted, the name signed to this picture is Xu Wei, a well-known Ming painter. However the inscription on your scroll is not in Xu's handwriting, and no landscape by Xu survives. As far as we know, Xu painted only plants and animals. Your picture is a recent creation imitating Song dynasty-influenced Ming paintings but in a contemporary version of traditional style. (sorry if that sounds confusing)
