The four armed Goddess (possibly Vasundhara, goddess of plenty) who is seated in Rajalitasana (the position of Royal Ease) has a small supplicant figure to her left and a bowl to her right. In her rear right hand and her lower left, she holds aloft an attribute, a long garland of flowers hangs from her neck to below her waist, her body tilted slightly to one side. She wears an elaborate crown and bodhisattva jewels, her smiling face surrounded by a mandorla, a larger prabha/mandorla surrounds her as she sits on her lotus base. A flange to the rear indicates that she would have fitted into an architectural surround.
