TsongKapa has a copy of the Prajnaparamita sutra atop a lotus to his left and a sword arising from a lotus to his right. These are standard iconographic symbols for the Bodhisattva of Wisdom, Manjusri, for TsongKapa is considered to have been an incarnation of Manjusri.
