Subject:Netsuke Identification

I am hoping someone may be able to help me identify a Netsuke that I have in my possession, and maybe even give me an indicatory as to it's worth, if genuine. Please see the pictures that I have provided.

Painter and netsuke carver in the Meiji period.

The indications are that this is a modern Tagua nut carving.
