Hi can anyone help with info on this smallish chinese vase, age maker Tec, looks to be some sort of signature/mark on back

The scorching of the foot, accumulation of kiln grit within it, and painting style all indicate a fourth quarter, 19th century Chinese product.

P.S., forgot to mention, it seems the signature you mentioned are stylized bats painted on the side of the vase.
