Can anyone help me please with this text. Is it by change the signature of Katsushika Hokusai ?

This inscription isn't a signature, it reads,
松樹遠道老舎　-　Matsu-no-ki, toomichi, rōsha -
Pine tree(s),long path, old house(s)
