The mark is a bit distorted, but may be 'Jade Trinket' (玩玉 - Wan yu), which was used as early as the Kangxi reign (1660-1722) and enjoyed a comeback during the late Qing-Republic era (late 19th - early 20th century). Your cup seems to have had a red 'CHINA' stamp, meaning it could date as late as around 1920. Here's a rice grain saucer of mine, possibly late Qing, with a mark that isn't much easier to read if you're not used to such stuff.
