Subject:Can someone help identify?

The attached charger or plate is approx. 12" in diameter. It is heavy and has written characters on the front and back. Also, there is an incised seal on the back. Can someone help with translating what they say? thanks so much!

It is a decorative picture plate.
Inscriptions,
Face,
箱根　　-　Hakone
Bottom,
忠峰　　-　Tadamine
Embossed mark,
山徳　　-　Yamatoku

Yamatoku is a kiln name in Arita, Tadamine is the name of painter.
