Not able to find out who the artist is for this magnificent work of art depicting ZHONG KUI
There is two iron red seals and writing in black ink

Any help pointing to good research or archive site can be help full as well!

廣擧　- Kōkyo - Art-name
Upper seal,
定本清印　- Seal of Sadamoto Kiyoshi - Surname and given name of artist
Lower seal,
廣擧　- Kōkyo

I can't find any clue to the artist,
