Can anyone read this? I'm not sure what it's made from, but it is not magnetic.

I believe I found what one side says: Qianlong Tongbao (circulating treasure of Qianlong) (1736-1785), but I don't know if it's actually from that era. I still cannot figure out the other side. I know that's supposed to be the mint mark, but I can't find that exact mark.

it is in the form of a coin, the characters being the text inscribed on coins from the the Qianlong emperor's reign (1735-96). some actual coins from this period are here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qianlong_Tongbao

you read it top to bottom, then right to left: 乾隆通寶, the basic meaning is "Qianlong (era) currency"
