Subject:Oriental Ivory Snuff Bottle

I purchased this oriental carved and painted ivory snuff bottle yesterday (Schreger lines present). The dealer sold it for $5 because it was thought broken as the head was glued on. I carefully removed the glue to find the head was removable and revealed a hollow in the body. Spoon was gone. The bottle is 7.2cm tall with head attached.
Could someone identify the origin and maker by the attached signature and what the significance of the carving might be? Thanks in advance.
