Looking for help to id this as I am not certain what it is and also if someone can place a date as to when it would have been made. Thanks to all .....

This is a 1912-14 bronze 50 cent coin from the Szechuan Province military mint dated first year of the Republic of China. See other examples at the eBay ink below:
