Hello. Does anyone have information on this Chinese watercolor or its markings? Frame size is 34" by 22". Thanks in advance for your consideration.

your picture is dated summer 1980 and is by an artist whose name is in the seal, someone surnamed Pan 潘. I.Nagy or Mikeoz will recognize the given name, it's not coming to me at the moment.
