The last of the four scribbled notations on the verso of 4 bijin kuchi-e by the artist Noguchi Kōgai 野口紅涯 or 野口紅厓 (c. 1899-1930s).

讃岐柳　Sanuki-yanagi - Sanuki willow ?
The 柳　"yanagi - willow" in compounds often refer to sinister events)
(The 3rd character rather reads 桝　"masu" = measuring box, but at least the not-so-regularly written 柳 makes some sense)
野口紅厓　Noguchi Kōgai
