Hello, I was wondering if you could help to identify the manufacture mark of this blue willow?

Perhaps English ware. Not really sure as this is primarily a asian art forum.
I do remember from yonk ago about English willow porcelain.

I agree.It appears to be similar to a North Staffordshire mark.
