Subject:Help is needed in determining a Chinese painting

I purchased a Chinese painting from a small auction. Can anyone tell me who is the painter? I also have trouble for the seal. If anyone can tell me what is in the seal, I would be really appreciated. Thanks for your help.

Upper seal,
高在國　-　Gao Zaiguo - Surname and given name of artist
Lower seal,
心軒　-　Xinxuan

Dear Dan,
As I indicated above, the painter is unidentificable. Probably, your picture is from a contemporary artist. In every era, including this one, thousands of people are painting good or less good pictures in China. Only the names of those who are really outstanding are included in name registers (painters' name lexicons) or on the internet.
