A very nicely done modern IPB. Hoping to learn the translation of each inscription.

Both inscriptions are descriptions to the vase. The pink one writes 民國胭脂紅觀音瓶
Carmine-colored Guanyin vase (referring to the shape of the vase) made in the period of the Republic of China (1912–1949).

The blue one writes 清乾隆青苍貫方瓶 Blue-colored Guanfang vase made in the Qianlong period of Qing dynasty.

I can't recognize the author's name but I can read it is made in 甲申年 (most likely 1944）
