I would like some help with signature on Snuff Bottle. And any comments on the bottle also welcome. Thanks.

The apocryphal four-character seal script mark reads from the right as "Made during the Qianlong Reign" (Qian long nian zhi).

The bottle itself is a resin composite casting made circa the 3rd quarter of the 20th century. See example in the embedded links below.
