Subject:Unique Fingerprint in Artist Signature

Hello,

I have this large ink and gauche on paper of two young boys, there is some writing to the left of the drawing and also, what I believe to be the signature at the bottom left. The signature is not something I have seen before, there is scipt on each side and in the centre it looks to be a fingerprint. Any help on identifying the artist is much appreciated. Many thanks.

Native of Shulu, Hebei. He is currently a member and senior artist of the China Artists Association, deputy director of The Artistic Creation Department of the Shaanxi Creation Center of the Chinese Artists Association, a main member of the Loess Painting School, a full-time painter of the Loess Painting School Art Academy,etc.
