The fourth international Brussels Oriental Art Fair, unparalleled in Europe and meeting point par excellence for amateurs, collectors, experts and curators of Asian Art, will be held in Brussels between Wednesday 4 and Sunday 8 June 2008 under the aegis of the non profit organisation B.O.A. Fair.
This hospitable city, with its wealth of artistic treasures, ideally located within easy travelling distance from other great European centres, has a long tradition of openness to arts from all over the world.
In keeping with this spirit and the desire to offer variety to its visitors, while guaranteeing authenticity and the highest possible quality, our exhibitors have been selected according to the most exacting standards of excellence.
A great advantage of this fair is the fact that it is held jointly with the Brussels Ancient Art Fair and the Brussels Non European Art Fair. The objective is to promote exchanges and meetings between the most enlightened players from all the different specialities in question including exhibitors and scholars, dealers and collectors, experts and museum curators, and in general all amateurs of art.
The interest demonstrated in past editions of these fairs by thousands of visitors provides the guarantee yet again this year that the event will be a great success.
Participants will ensure that they exhibit Oriental and Asian antiquities of a quality compatible with the requirements of a high-level fair and they bear sole responsibility for the items they exhibit. Items which are of doubtful origin and in general items which B.O.A. Organisation considers are not of the quality expected for presentation at the Fair may not under any circumstances be exhibited there,
