Detail: A presentation of 100 works by 43 artists shaping the contemporary art scene in Hong Kong. Established artists Wucius Wong, Gaylord Chan, Tong King Sum, and Jerry Kwan and rising stars such as Au Hoi Lam, Lam Tung Pang, Lee Kit and Kwan Sheung Chi show the development of local contemporary art along three parallel lines. East/West reflects the influence of the west on Chinese artwork; HK+ presents artists who use their views on socio-political and community issues as inspiration for their work and Concept gathers artists whose works are inspired by abstract ideas and who use their artwork to get in touch with and play with their inner emotions.
