A terracotta votive plaque depicting the Buddhist triad of Buddha flanked by the Bodhisattva Padmapani to his right, and by the Bodhisattva Vajrapani to his left. They are shown standing within architectural niches and on double lotus pedestal bases on a stepped plinth. The companion to this piece is in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. ( Accession Number 2008.504) |
