Subject:A very large japanese watercolor landscape painting

This is approx 2 meters wide painting of the mount fuji i presume. Could anyone please help identifying an artist who made this if possible.

東坡　　Tōba　　-Art-name or pseudonym I can' t figure out the second character from the seal.
静ｘ堂印　　-Seal of Sei x Dō
