Would your experts happen to know anything about this piece of art and what the Chinese letters mean? Plus it’s age?

The bold characters read across from the right as "Hundred Cranes Picture", but can't help with the seal. The piece isn't necessarily Chinese, as such scenes are iconic in Japan and Korea as well. Maybe the red seal will lend a clue for others in this regard.
