Subject:Floral plate unidentified origin

Hi all. Please can someone shed some light on this piece for me. I picked it up at a carboot sale and I quite like it, but have no idea as to what it is. It appears to be fairly early and I suspect may be Japanese. The blue is underglaze and other colours over the glaze. There is gilding on the blue details and some of the red leaves have a stylistic similarity to Imari-ware (?).
