Subject:handpainted jardinaire

Can anyone tell me about this large what I call a jardinaire, it may have another name.. it looks like a giant vase with a lid! it does have a sticker cpc made in macau.. also a stamp... was wondering if anyone has any thoughts or maybe can read the stamp on the bottom... thank you for your time... I do believe this may be from the late 1960s or 70's and it is pretty large
