I can't help with the seal marks, but we used to buy/sell these vases (as reproductions) with their wooden bases by the truckloads in Southern California in the 1980s. I don't recall seeing them prior to about 1980.
They came in pairs, in a variety of pallets/motifs, and in several sizes up to about six feet tall with base.
They also came clean and shiny like yours, or aged.
There were also matching garden stools, planters, and fish bowls available, we likely had thirty or forty SKUs in the collection.
The vases etc were heavy yet fragile, the boxes they came in were bulky yet not very sturdy, they were not well marked, and had to be stored (in pairs) according to style, pallet, motif, and size. Then there were the matching wood bases which came in several sizes and two different colors. In other words, they caused a lot of headaches and backaches.
The collection did sell very well and made a huge visual impact both in the shop, and in the customers' homes.
Cheers
