Subject:Japanese cloisonné dish, paper label-price tag?age?
Posted By: Evgeny Mon, Jan 18, 2016 IP: 37.192.124.125 Hello. Plate end of the 19th century. Diameter 36.5 cm. I wonder what it says on the label, age? price? |

Posted By: rat Tue, Jan 19, 2016 I haven't got anything to add beyond what you likely already know: I imagine the column on the right is either an inventory number or a dimension (can only guess at the first character), that on the left starts with a word ending in a る, which suggests a verb of some sort, followed by the number 97. |
Subject:Another plate with a strange signature.
Posted By: Evgeny Wed, Jan 20, 2016 Thanks rat for the help. Another Japanese dish. Age and size as the first. I wonder what kind of signature? |
