Subject:Vibrant Floral Cloisonne Planter With Inscription

Needless to say, I'd love to know what the inscription translates to in English. Is it anything interesting?

Doesn't seem older than maybe the Deco era, but it's a colorful and sprightly design.

Best I can figure, here's how your inscription reads:

敬賀 - jìnghè - Congratulations...

斐成老師喬遷之喜 - Fěichéng Lǎoshī qiáoqiān zhīxǐ - ...in happiness for Teacher Fei Cheng's promotion

仝賀 - tónghè - Jointly presented by:

蔣可權 - Jiǎng Kěquán - Jiang Kequan
錢漢琹 - Qián Hànqín - Qian Hanqin
徐光霞 - Xú Guāngxiá - Xu Guangxia
江愷雲 - Jiāng Kǎiyún - Jiang Kaiyun

Best regards,

Bill H.
