The seal in the lower r.h. margin is the seal of Kyoto Hanga-in Shinagawa Han -

A twentieth century publisher of classic Ukiyo-e prints among other things.

Also, with a little more experience modern reprints are going to become only too obvious to you. They're way too bright and clean, the paper is usually different, and there's a "hard" edge to the keyblock lines that's hard to miss.
