Posted By: Bill H Thu, Apr 14, 2016 The mark on your faux rose medallion dish says "Processed in Hong Kong" (Xianggang Jiagong - 香港加工). In my opinion, such marks probably were applied to Mainland China dishes that were decorated in Hong Kong circa the 3rd quarter of the 20th century, at which time the USA and some other noncommunist countries imposed punitive customs rates on products marked as made in communist nations.

Posted By: TD Thu, Apr 14, 2016 The mark can be translated as "work added in Hong Kong." In this case the enamels were applied in HK to the porcelain blanks from either Jingdezhen, China or elsewhere like Arita, Japan. This saucer probably dates from the 1960s to the 70s.
