Subject:Japanese mark

Hi,
I'm guessing that Bill H. of Guy can help me with this. But anyone's input is also welcome.
The 1st image is seen on the Gotheborg Japanese Marks site, which made me curious, because it was cataloged on chapter "Nichi Hon (Nippon)', but where is "NIppon"? And the 2 characters are unknown to me. So I clicked to see the large picture, see 2nd image.
That made it easier to find the characters, because of the extra mark on the larger picture - from right to left Yamada 山田 and Hiroshi Yoshi 汎善.
But is Hiroshi Yoshi the correct translation of these 2 characters, might it be Hiroshi Zen or something else? 2 words (names) or 1 word (name).
Googling with all these combination does help much.
So , Any idea? Or indeed Hiroshi Yoshi?
And has the mark (mountain with river) anything to do with Fukagawa, like Gotheborg suggests?
Thanks in advance,
regards,
Martin
