Subject:Scroll Painting

Hello to everyone,

I would like to know if someone could tell me about this beautiful piece of art work I acquired at a local thrift shop. I'm very new to this type of art and its really got me curious about various aspects, i.e. the seals, I do understand it can be a bit difficult to read, any and all assistance in helping me identify the artist would be greatley appreciated.

Your picture is signed by Fu Youye 傅有葉, a painter I don't know but about whom there's a fair amount of information online. Not sure the inscription on yours matches the handwriting on some of those on the website below, though they are stylistically similar. The seal reads "You ye" in an older script type.

Here's a bio: from Beijing, born 1942, associated with landscapes of Huangshan (Yellow Mountains), bamboo, and plum.

傅有叶,黄山派烟云画家,字剑峰,北京人,祖籍山东蓬莱,1942年12月16日生。 幼喜爱书画,才气出众,1962年拜北京黄山派师祖郭传璋先生为师专攻山水,同时还不忘写竹画梅,吟诗作赋。在恩师的精心指导下,将传统与写实有机地熔为一炉,致力于个人风格的大胆实践。
